鉄の一番根本的な性質というのは、錆びるということですよね。錆びるというのは、結局、回帰するということなんです。酸化して黒くなってぼろぼろになって最後は土に帰るという。錆びというのは素材の中では一番若い頃の瞬間で、歳をとっていくとだんだんぼろぼろになって回帰していくわけです。その繰り返しが一つの風景として存在するんです。

 The fundamental nature of iron is to be rusty. To rust is finally to get back to the origination. The stage of getting rusty is the first stage of the material. After certain time, it is going back to soil by becoming oxidized and tattery black. The repetition surely exists as one of scenery.
