アルミという素材は非常に柔らかく傷つきやすいのですが、傷というのは一種の線です。線は紙の上では描いたり消したりできるんだけれど、それはよい場所でよい形でなくてはならないという制約からですよね。ところが、無意識にひかれた線のほうが本来は、よい線ではないかという思いがあるんです。

 Aluminum is the material which easily gets scarred. Scar is a kind of line. We can draw and erase lines on paper. But it is because we are regulated by the notion that it should be done on the right place and it should be in a right shape. However, I feel like that lines made unconsciously are originally better than lines regulated.
